Project Manager – Post Merger Integration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large‑scale post‑merger integration of retail banking operations in Kuwait. The role will oversee the end‑to‑end integration program, ensuring Day‑1 readiness, regulatory compliance and successful post‑merger stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end Retail Banking merger integration program.
• Develop and execute the integration strategy and master project plan.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams including Technology, Operations, HR, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Experience.
• Drive stakeholder communication, governance and change management.
• Manage risks, dependencies and issue resolution throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Ensure Day‑1 readiness, post‑merger stabilization and synergy realization.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Project/Programme Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Retail Banking M&A / Post Merger Integration experience.
• Proven experience establishing or managing an Integration Management Office (IMO).
• PMP® or PgMP® certification (mandatory).
• Fluency in English (Arabic preferred) and ability to join immediately.
