About the role
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to manage the procurement activities for a five‑star hotel. The role focuses on food and beverage purchasing, ensuring the hotel’s operations run smoothly with high‑quality supplies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily purchasing operations for food and beverage items.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and inventory levels.
- Prepare and present regular purchasing and cost reports.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to meet quality and budget requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage purchasing within a hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
