QC Officer / Food Scientist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven QC Officer / Food Scientist to lead food safety compliance and uphold product quality standards across our operations. You will ensure that every step, from raw material receipt to final delivery, meets both local regulatory requirements and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of production areas, storage facilities, and staff hygiene to guarantee strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform and supervise physical, chemical, and microbiological testing on raw materials and finished products.
• Manage shelf‑life testing, retention sampling, and documentation of test results.
• Enforce local and international regulatory requirements to maintain product consistency and safety.

Required profile

• Experience in food safety compliance and quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
