Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead food safety, quality assurance, hygiene and regulatory compliance across our client’s operations in Kuwait. The role will drive the development and maintenance of robust quality systems and ensure adherence to HACCP and other food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality systems aligned with ISO and food safety standards.
• Oversee HACCP program implementation and manage all regulatory documentation.
• Lead investigations of non‑conformances and customer complaints, providing root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inspections of sanitation procedures, fresh food quality and raw ingredient compliance throughout the supply chain.
• Monitor quality and sanitation KPIs, refining internal processes for continuous improvement.
• Manage maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure a safe, compliant working environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in quality control or quality assurance within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, USDA, FDA and international food safety management standards.
• Proven ability to develop, implement and maintain quality metrics and conduct comprehensive audits.
