Receptionist for Ladies Salon – Full-Time (Fintas, Kuwait)

About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our ladies‑only salon in Fintas, Kuwait. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments and ensuring smooth front‑desk operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients and handle all incoming calls in a courteous manner.
- Schedule and confirm salon appointments using the booking system.
- Maintain accurate client records and process payments.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and inventory checks.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Required profile
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Minimum two years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a salon or similar hospitality environment.
- Basic computer knowledge for handling booking software and office applications.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
