Receptionist

About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant hotel team as a Receptionist and become the first friendly face guests encounter. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while delivering the warmth and hospitality that defines the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, verify reservation details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell‑service assistance.
• Process departures efficiently by confirming charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Utilise up‑selling techniques to promote hotel amenities and maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage messages and communications effectively.
