Registered Nurse – Day Shift, Resource Team

About the role
Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Resource Team on a day shift. The RN will deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care while applying the nursing process and Baptist Health training.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient care using evidence‑based nursing practices.
- Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking in daily tasks.
- Float within the specialty or across campuses within a 30‑mile radius as needed.
- Participate in specialized education provided by the unit.
Required profile
- Active RN license in good standing in Arkansas.
- BSN preferred.
- At least 18 months of RN experience, including one year in the specialty applied for.
- Healthcare CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS may be required (training provided).
Required skills
- CPR
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS)
