Reservation Agent (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

As a Reservation Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and professional welcome and ensuring a seamless booking experience. You will work closely with the front‑office team to maximise occupancy and revenue while providing personalised service in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging service to all reservation enquiries.
• Recommend property facilities and handle special requests.
• Book room reservations, maintain accurate rooming lists and update the reservation system.
• Upsell rooms and services to optimise revenue.
• Ensure the best room selection for guests while adhering to hotel policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front‑office or guest services.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, additional languages a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera) and hotel management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid computer literacy and problem‑solving skills.
