About the role
Hudson Manpower is recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. The position is full-time and fixed-term, with an online interview mode.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, control expenses and achieve business targets
- Lead and train staff, coach them and manage their performance
- Prepare operational and sales reports using MS Excel
- Oversee food costing, inventory control, budgeting and cost management
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
- At least 7-10 years of experience in restaurant operations
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Age below 40 years
- Professional, well-groomed and presentable personality
Required skills
- MS Excel
- Food costing, inventory control and budgeting
- Staff training, coaching and performance management
Salary depends on experience and interview performance; the interview takes place online.
