Restaurant Staff Needed – Cooks, Helpers, Drivers, Waiters, Marketing & Sales

About the role

We are expanding our restaurant operations in Salmiya and are looking for a diverse team of culinary, service, and commercial professionals. Positions are available on both full‑time and part‑time bases across multiple cuisines and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including Mughlai, Punjabi, Tandoori, Chinese, Arabic, Pakistani, South Indian, and fast‑food items.
• Operate grill stations, paratha makers, and bakery equipment.
• Produce Indian sweets, namkeen, and bakery products.
• Assist senior cooks and maintain kitchen hygiene.
• Serve guests as waiters, captains, or cashiers and handle basic accounting tasks.
• Drive deliveries and support logistics.
• Manage digital and social media marketing campaigns.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to attract customers.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in the specific culinary area or commercial function.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Motivation to deliver high‑quality service and food.
