About the role
SWISH Group is looking for enthusiastic Restaurant Team Members to join its dining operations in Kuwait City. In this full‑time position you will help ensure smooth daily service, support customers and uphold the brand’s quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with orders, inquiries and service requests.
- Support daily restaurant operations, including preparation, cleaning and stock management.
- Maintain high service and hygiene standards throughout the shift.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Required profile
- Currently residing in Kuwait.
- At least one year of experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment (preferred).
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Positive, professional attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
- Team‑player who can adapt quickly to changing demands.
