Rituals Advisor – Luxury Retail Sales

About the role

As a Rituals Advisor you will join the store team and create memorable, feel‑good experiences for customers. You will advise shoppers on the best products, uphold the brand philosophy and work closely with the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager to meet personal and store targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to shop KPIs.
• Conduct customer sales transactions accurately and provide product demonstrations.
• Follow store safety procedures and maintain a clean, tidy environment.
• Handle stock deliveries, organise stockroom and ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Advise customers according to Rituals styling guidelines and the Feel‑Good Experience.
• Complete online training on new initiatives and commercial focus.
