Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

As a Room Attendant you will be the first point of contact for guests’ comfort, ensuring each guest room is clean, well‑stocked and ready for a memorable stay. You will work as part of Hilton’s housekeeping team, delivering the brand’s promise of exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and performing deep‑cleaning tasks as required.
• Replace and replenish linens, towels and guest amenities according to hotel standards.
• Maintain and restock the housekeeping supply cart each shift.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and service calls.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables in designated areas, ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
