About the role
As a Room Housekeeping Attendant you will play a vital part in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring every guest room is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Your work helps spread the light and warmth of hospitality that Hilton is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep‑cleaning tasks as needed.
- Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities to maintain a fully stocked room.
- Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart each shift.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas following hotel procedures.
