Sales Account Executive – Kuwait

About the role

KitchenPark is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our growing team in Kuwait. You will act as a trusted advisor for restaurateurs, helping them navigate the onboarding journey and expand their presence in the online food‑delivery ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of SME and mid‑market restaurant customers throughout the onboarding process.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings across Kuwait.
• Own the full‑cycle sales process—from outbound outreach to closing deals.
• Arrange meetings, build interest, and set up the sales cycle for success.
• Understand client business priorities and demonstrate how KitchenPark can drive growth.
• Interpret sourced leads to assess potential value for partners.
• Complete an eight‑week product and sales training program, including shadowing.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in full‑cycle, quota‑carrying sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
• Deep knowledge of the restaurant industry and its operational challenges.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
