Sales Associate – Fashion Retail

About the role

Join a well‑established fashion retail brand in Kuwait as a Sales Associate. You will create a welcoming shopping environment, understand customer needs, and help them find the perfect products while supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Recommend suitable products and styles based on customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets through effective selling, cross‑selling, and upselling.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, including sizes, materials and new arrivals.
• Arrange and replenish merchandise following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Keep the shop floor, fitting rooms, displays and stock areas clean and organized.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Follow company procedures for payments, discounts, returns and loss prevention.

Required profile

• Friendly, presentable and customer‑focused with a genuine interest in fashion.
• At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• High school diploma; a diploma in Business, Marketing or Fashion is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and good English.
• Sales‑driven mindset with enthusiasm for achieving targets.
• Ability to stay calm and effective during busy store hours.
• Proactive, responsible and collaborative work approach.
