About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand, drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining visual standards and handling operational tasks as assigned by the store manager.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers, assist with product selection and convert shoppers into buyers.
Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
Maintain store merchandising, visual presentation and stock layout according to standards.
Handle POS transactions, process payments and manage cash till at shift start and end.
Record inventory movements and ensure accurate reporting.
Adhere to SOP, loss‑prevention policies and store security procedures.

Required profile

Well‑groomed, presentable and knowledgeable about brand products.
Flexible to work varied shifts, extended hours during sales periods and overtime as needed.
Strong customer‑service attitude following the GUEST selling methodology.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sales figures.
