Sales Associate – Luxury Retail (Kuwait)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Salhia DIOR Boutique in Kuwait. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent the luxury fashion brand in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and product knowledge to meet customers’ needs.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective selling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique’s displays are attractive.
• Stay updated on promotions, advertising campaigns, and new collections.
• Build and nurture lasting client relationships using the client book, including acquiring new customers.
• Participate actively in store meetings, training sessions, and team initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Excellent grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for fashion and luxury goods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to comply with company policies and standards.
