About the role
The Sales Executive will drive hotel revenue by generating new business, managing client relationships, and coordinating sales activities with local agents, companies, organizations and airlines. This role involves daily interaction with internal teams and external partners to promote the hotel’s services.
Key responsibilities
- Attend daily morning sales meetings and provide updates on sales activities.
- Contact local agents, companies, organizations and airlines to develop business leads.
- Document all client interactions and submit daily call reports.
- Forward confirmations to clients for secured business and schedule sales blitzes to promote the hotel.
- Advise management on sales progress, bookings and opportunities for improving sales and marketing standards.
- Appraise and supervise sales staff, handling performance reviews, disciplinary actions, promotions and training.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and recommend corrective actions for variances.
- Maintain departmental policies, service standards, grooming standards and environmental initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with guests, clients, business partners and internal teams.
Required profile
