Sales Executive – Kuwait

About the role

Ejabi Co., a leading wholesaler of ceiling and partition systems and building materials in the GCC and East Africa, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to expand its market presence in Kuwait. You will be responsible for acquiring new bulk‑purchase clients and growing revenue across the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell the company’s products and services to potential and existing customers throughout Kuwait.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets within the specified timeline.
• Analyse territory and market potential, track sales performance and prepare status reports.
• Provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities and opportunities for new products.
• Suggest upgrades or additional products, review client feedback and implement changes.
• Generate business from new and existing accounts and manage complex negotiations with senior‑level executives.
• Maintain relationships, follow up on payments, and handle collection checks.
• Support warehouse operations, including sending and receiving samples.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or building‑materials sector.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the construction market.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
