Sales Executive – SaaS (Kuwait)

About the role

AhlanHamad, an AI‑driven HR, payroll and compliance platform built for the Gulf, is seeking a Sales Executive in Kuwait. You will own the full sales cycle, generate your own pipeline, and convert inbound interest into paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from initial outreach to signed contract.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline using outbound tactics such as LinkedIn, email and referrals.
• Respond quickly to warm inbound leads generated by marketing.
• Qualify prospects, deliver tailored product demos, and guide them through a 30‑day free trial.
• Achieve monthly recurring‑revenue targets and earn uncapped, accelerated commission.
• Maintain an accurate, honest pipeline and sell with integrity.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling SaaS or software subscriptions.
• Ready to start immediately and legally able to work in Kuwait.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Self‑driven hunter mentality comfortable owning numbers.
• Preferable experience in HR, payroll, fintech or B2B software sales to Gulf businesses.
• Existing network among Kuwaiti SMEs and decision‑makers is a plus.
