Sales Manager

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its Kuwait sales team. You will be responsible for acquiring top restaurant and grocery partners, closing supply gaps, and driving revenue growth across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to accelerate partner acquisition, including headcount planning, sales velocity targets, and geographic prioritisation.
• Lead high‑profile meetings with food & beverage groups, negotiate contracts and act as an escalation point for complex deals.
• Improve sales processes, lead tracking tools and reporting to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with account managers, marketing and operations to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Report regularly on sales performance, partner selection and competitor insights to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop direct reports, including Team Leads and Business Development Managers.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Business or related field; MSc/MA/MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years managing a team of three or more.
• Strong analytical ability, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven leadership qualities.
• Experience in the Kuwait restaurant industry is a plus.
• Highly motivated self‑starter capable of driving results in a fast‑paced environment.
