SAP Master Data Officer – SAP Support (Kuwait)

About the role

ABYAT is looking for a dedicated SAP Master Data Officer to join its team in Kuwait. The role focuses on creating, validating, and maintaining master data in SAP to support both workshop and non‑workshop operations across retail and manufacturing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain SAP master data for trading, non‑trading, raw material, semi‑finished and finished‑goods articles.
• Define categories, sub‑categories, product lines, article groups and article types according to business needs.
• Validate incoming data for accuracy, completeness and compliance with SAP standards.
• Update article attributes such as weight, dimensions, packaging, unit of measure, colors, materials and other characteristics.
• Maintain vendor information, item categories, storage locations, lot sizes, lead times and availability checks.
• Manage pricing – update buying and selling prices, apply approved discounts for various sales seasons.
• Create and revise Bills of Materials (BOM) and routings, including work centers, labor capacity and operation timings.
• Assign articles to new vendors, update vendor‑specific buying prices and ensure proper lead‑time and MOQ settings.
