About the role

Seagull International LLP is seeking experienced Scaffolders to join long‑term oil and gas projects in Kuwait. The successful candidate will work on site installing, modifying and dismantling scaffolding systems while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures at project sites.
  • Inspect scaffolding for compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of scaffolding usage and condition.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of GCC experience in scaffolding.
  • Background in oil & gas or construction environments.
  • Practical, hands‑on scaffolding experience.
  • Strong knowledge of safe scaffolding practices.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently on active project sites.

Required skills

  • Scaffolding installation and dismantling.
  • Construction safety procedures.
