About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in marketing and selling scaffolding services. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities across construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for scaffolding services.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, oil & gas companies, and industrial clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

Proven experience in scaffolding business development or industrial services sales.
Strong network with contractors and oil & gas companies in Kuwait.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to secure new projects and achieve sales targets.
