About the role
Digiverse is hiring a Senior Account Manager for its media agency in Kuwait. The role owns the day-to-day client relationship and acts as a trusted advisor on media and marketing decisions, covering offline media planning, influencer campaigns, commercial negotiation and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the client relationship, lead briefings, status updates, performance reviews and meetings, and handle feedback and difficult conversations professionally
- Build and manage offline media plans across OOH, print, TV, radio and cinema
- Coordinate influencer and content creator campaigns, from selection and negotiation to booking and delivery
- Work with the Digital team to align paid social, search and programmatic activity with the overall plan
- Negotiate rates and packages with media owners, publishers and talent, and prepare clear, itemised quotes and cost estimates
- Monitor budgets, approvals and billing with Finance, reconcile invoices against approved quotes and protect agency margins
- Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations, and track market trends in Kuwait and the wider GCC
- Guide and support Account Managers and Executives, maintain documentation and help improve agency processes
Required profile
- 5-8 years of agency experience in account management, media planning or media buying, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead client-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Fluent English and Arabic, spoken and written
- Strong working knowledge of the Kuwait and GCC media landscape, including OOH, press, TV, radio, influencer marketing and digital platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google)
- Experience with media-owner relationships and supplier negotiations in Kuwait is a strong advantage

- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team
