Senior Accountant (Indian)

About the role

The Senior Accountant will support the finance team in Kuwait by managing month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting and customer billing. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized and able to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and perform account reconciliations.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Assist with annual audit preparation, including drafting financial statements and notes.
• Research and analyse expense variances for management.
• Prepare revenue projections, forecast expenditures and monitor budgets.
• Investigate and resolve audit findings and non‑compliance issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Professional certifications such as CMA or ACCA are preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, communication and organizational skills.
