Senior B2B Sales Executive – Corporate Gifting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior B2B Sales Executive to lead our corporate gifting and premium F&B sales channel in Kuwait. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and ongoing account management, driving revenue from corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients such as banks, oil companies, ministries, hospitals, family offices and event planners.
• Own the complete B2B sales cycle – prospecting, meetings, proposals, quotations, negotiations, closing and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Develop corporate gifting programmes and bulk seasonal orders for Ramadan, Eid, National Day and year‑end periods.
• Generate catering and events business, including corporate functions, buffets and recurring contracts.
• Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate with internal operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, provide forecasts and performance reports to management.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of B2B sales, corporate sales or key account management experience.
• Proven track record of closing corporate deals in Kuwait, preferably in F&B, hospitality, FMCG or corporate gifting.
• Strong corporate network and established relationships with potential business clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Fluent Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence and own a car.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems or structured sales pipeline management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
