Senior Consultant - Data Management / Information Management & Technology

About the role

Anton, a global integrated oil and gas value-added management services company headquartered in Dubai, is hiring a Senior Consultant for Data Management / Information Management & Technology in Kuwait. The role sits within the On-sync Energy Management Services Company and covers enterprise data governance, digital transformation and technology strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define the corporate vision, strategy and long-term direction for enterprise data and information management.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation, data modernization and innovation programs.
• Advise executive leadership on strategic data, information and technology decisions.
• Establish enterprise data governance policies, frameworks, standards and organizational practices.
• Sponsor and oversee major strategic initiatives, transformation programs and technology investments.
• Promote the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI and advanced analytics.
• Represent the organization with regulators, business partners and industry forums, and lead executive steering committees and governance boards.
• Develop long-term organizational capabilities, succession plans and talent development strategies, and mentor senior leaders.
• Drive organizational change and modernization, promote a data-driven culture, and set performance measures for data and digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline; Master's degree required, PhD an advantage.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience, including significant enterprise data management and digital transformation experience.
• Proven leadership of large-scale data, technology and digital transformation programs, and extensive experience advising executives.
• Professional certifications in data management, enterprise architecture, digital transformation or executive leadership preferred.

• Excellent executive communication, strategic decision-making, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop long-term technology strategies, organizational capabilities and transformation roadmaps.
