Senior Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function of a fast‑growing Food & Beverage company operating in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. You will act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, providing insight and analysis that drives profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing in line with accounting standards and company policies.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse trends, risks and opportunities, and present recommendations.
• Conduct financial analysis and business case evaluations for new projects and expansion initiatives.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Maintain relationships with banks and external financial partners.
• Establish strong internal controls, governance frameworks and financial policies.
• Coordinate external and internal audits and lead risk assessments.
• Develop, mentor and lead the finance team, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• Proven senior finance experience, preferably in food & beverage, hospitality or retail.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
