Senior Associate – Assurance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Assurance team, playing a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality audit engagements for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Execute audit engagements and review the work of junior team members.
• Support engagement managers to ensure audit quality and timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout audit assignments.
• Develop audit procedures, review evidence, and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide guidance and on‑the‑job training to junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA, CA, or ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 3.5 years of audit experience at a reputable firm.
• Strong knowledge of audit procedures and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
