Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activities, providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This role supports the finance team in streamlining processes, enhancing systems and delivering accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and develop models to support business decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Analyse financial statements, identify trends and provide performance insights.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Provide financial guidance on business strategy and implications.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate consistent financial information.
• Participate in the creation of financial policies and procedures.
• Support accounting team on reporting, audit activities and projects.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to sales, margins, costs and inventory.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis and modelling.
• Experience in the restaurant or FMCG sector is preferred.
