Senior Graphic Designer – AI Specialist

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer (AI Expert) will lead the creation of visual concepts and designs for brands, campaigns and digital assets, combining traditional design tools with AI‑based creative platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual identities, logos and cohesive brand systems.
• Create layouts for print and digital media that meet client objectives and agency standards.
• Produce high‑quality graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud and AI design generators.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and account teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Experiment with AI tools to improve efficiency, ideation and design outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating advanced visual problem‑solving.
• Proven experience in logo design, branding and typography.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions while managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including presenting and defending design decisions.
• Experience leading or mentoring design teams and contributing to process improvements.
