Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our agency in Kuwait. The role involves turning client strategies into compelling visual solutions across print, digital, motion and AI‑enhanced media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong creative concepts and translate them into visual campaigns for print, digital, social and video channels.
• Produce motion graphics, animated social content and video‑based creative from concept through final execution.
• Integrate generative AI tools into ideation, visual exploration and design workflows.
• Collaborate with creative teams, clients and senior management to ensure brand consistency and project delivery.
• Manage projects independently, meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
• Proven ability to develop innovative concepts and deliver high‑quality visual work.
• Strong conceptual thinking, time‑management skills and a collaborative, professional attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Mac‑based design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Lightroom.
• Strong motion and video skills: After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Experience with AI‑powered and generative creative tools, including prompt development and AI‑assisted image generation.
• Ability to combine design, animation and emerging AI capabilities to create fresh, engaging solutions.
