Senior Manager – Commercial Cards & B2B Payments

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned banking professional to lead the growth of our Commercial Cards and B2B Payments portfolio in Kuwait. The role focuses on acquiring corporate clients, expanding cardable supplier payment opportunities, and positioning the bank as a strategic partner for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth of commercial cards across large corporates and mid‑market segments.
• Identify and unlock B2B supplier payment opportunities to increase card penetration.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned with regional priorities.
• Manage relationships with multinational corporations and large enterprises.
• Position the bank as a trusted advisor on supplier payments and working‑capital optimisation.
• Support product development and launch of new commercial‑card solutions.
• Collaborate with transaction banking, risk, and operations teams.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to enhance offerings.

Required profile

• 12‑18+ years of experience in corporate banking, payments, or commercial cards.
• Proven track record in business development, revenue growth, and portfolio management.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Experience working across GCC banking markets.
• Fluent English (written, verbal, presentation); Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of payment systems and digital platforms.
• Ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Understanding of regional financial‑services regulations and payment‑network standards.
