Senior Officer, Products

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Officer, Products to lead the research, development and marketing of our product portfolio. The role combines market analysis, product design and the execution of promotional campaigns to ensure our offerings meet customer needs and achieve business targets. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, operations and compliance, to ensure seamless product roll‑out and alignment with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for tracking product KPIs and presenting insights to senior management to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on existing and competitor products, analysing features and market positioning.
• Design product features, processes and procedures that support new product development.
• Oversee the execution of product marketing plans, including campaigns, promotions and sales tools.
• Monitor product performance across all product types and report on trends, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Provide product knowledge and support to internal teams, advising branches on product‑related issues.
• Manage the product feedback loop to continuously improve offerings.
