Senior Officer, TSSO - Support Systems

About the role

The Senior Officer, TSSO – Support Systems is responsible for maintaining production systems, coordinating vendor updates, and ensuring seamless integration of satellite applications and API services. The role supports business units throughout the software development lifecycle and provides high‑quality system support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain production systems and resolve incidents promptly.
• Support satellite applications, manage application integration and API calls.
• Coordinate with vendors for system updates, changes, and implementation schedules.
• Gather business requirements, analyse change requests, and work with internal and external teams to develop and deliver solutions.
• Test and evaluate patches, conduct pre‑tests and demonstrations for users, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide ad‑hoc reporting to business units as needed.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, risk policies, and IT change‑management procedures.

• Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
• Proven experience in managing projects within defined timelines.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and user interactions.
