Senior Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and process‑driven Senior Operations Manager to lead and transform our operational structure into one of the region’s most efficient landscaping platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all operational activities across maintenance, implementation, logistics, and field coordination.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, operational workflows, reporting structures, and accountability systems.
• Monitor project and maintenance execution standards across all active sites.
• Build KPI‑driven operational dashboards and reporting structures.
• Lead and mentor operations supervisors, team leaders, drivers, and support staff.
• Establish operational quality standards and inspection procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of professional operational management experience.
• Experience in large‑scale field operations, facility management or retail operations is an advantage.
