About the role
We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead end‑to‑end payroll operations within our HR function. The role ensures accurate salary processing, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient management of benefits and deductions for a dynamic organization operating across technology, science, and education sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee full payroll cycle from data collection to final disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory reporting.
- Manage calculations of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
- Administer employee benefits and coordinate with finance for accurate postings.
- Maintain and troubleshoot payroll systems and HRIS data integrity.
- Provide timely payroll reports and analysis to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
- 7‑10 years of hands‑on payroll administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor legislation and payroll best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Compliance with Kuwaitization requirements.
Required skills
- Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS platforms.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
