About the role
Reborn is seeking a Senior Purchasing Officer to lead its procurement activities in Kuwait City. The role focuses on coordinating with suppliers, managing purchasing processes and ensuring that all required goods and services are available on time. Reborn operates in the education and training sector, providing a range of learning solutions across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and select suppliers in line with company standards.
- Negotiate terms, prices and delivery schedules to achieve cost‑effective solutions.
- Process purchase orders, monitor order status and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of relevant purchasing or procurement experience.
- Strong supplier coordination and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of purchasing procedures and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Current residence in Kuwait.
