Senior Supervisor – UHT Products Warehouse

About the role

The Senior Supervisor will lead daily operations of the UHT Products Warehouse, ensuring that all products are stored and dispatched in line with temperature, quality, safety and shelf‑life requirements. This position provides guidance to supervisors and warehouse staff, coordinates closely with the Sales Dispatch Office, and drives continuous improvement in efficiency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily activities in the UHT Products Warehouse.
• Ensure proper temperature and quality standards for stored UHT products.
• Supervise and mentor warehouse supervisors and staff.
• Manage picking, packing and timely dispatch of orders.
• Conduct cycle counts, verify stock and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate order prioritisation with the Sales Dispatch Office.
• Improve warehouse space utilisation, workflow and inventory accuracy.
• Enforce KDD safety protocols, conduct hazard assessments and HSE audits.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper handling of products.
• Act as deputy for the Finished Goods Storage Manager when required.
• Support manpower planning, attendance monitoring and performance appraisals.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to the Direct Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of experience in warehouse operations within dairy manufacturing, FMCG or a related sector.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong command of English or Arabic, both written and spoken.
