Senior Technical Instructor - Enterprise AI, Data & Automation

About the role

CODED, the first tech and AI academy in the Arab world, is hiring a Senior Technical Instructor for its enterprise AI, data and automation programmes. The role is delivery-first: the instructor builds and demonstrates dashboards, automated workflows, AI assistants and integrations, fixes problems live and helps professionals adapt the learning to their own systems. When programmes are not running, the instructor builds labs, demonstrations and assessments and keeps the enterprise content current.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, customise and deliver corporate programmes, workshops and technical labs for enterprise clients, adapting the course outline to each client's business, data and tools
• Build and demonstrate live dashboards, automated workflows, AI assistants and integrations, and explain the reasoning behind every step
• Teach responsible use of tools, including logging, validation, human approval and risks to client data
• Support business development on technical discovery and feasibility, and teach bootcamp modules and first iterations
• Build slides, exercises, hands-on labs, assessment rubrics and instructor guides, and create reusable enterprise examples and datasets
• Keep curriculum accurate after vendor platform updates and document what went wrong in delivery
• Test emerging tools, build prototype demonstrations and maintain a documented content and research backlog

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on technical work in enterprise AI, data analytics, Microsoft 365 / Power Platform or workflow automation; 3-4 years of project ownership considered
• 3+ years teaching adults or professionals; 2 years of corporate delivery considered
• Advanced depth in one area (Data & BI, Microsoft & Automation or Applied AI) and practical competence in the others
• Has personally built and taught technical content, with a portfolio of work
• Related bachelor's degree or exceptional verifiable technical work
• Based in Kuwait and able to deliver on-site, including evening programmes

Required skills

• Working SQL and Python, REST APIs, troubleshooting a technical lab live
• Data handling, permissions, access control and responsible AI use
• At least two verifiable technical credentials, one at intermediate or advanced level
• Excellent professional English; Arabic strongly preferred but not required
