Site Coordinator – Facility Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facility Management Specialist to lead day‑to‑day workplace operations for Brand Aid’s offices in Kuwait City. The role combines technical facility oversight with procurement, budgeting and project coordination to ensure a safe, efficient and well‑maintained environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility maintenance, reactive repairs, hard/soft services and vendor SLAs across all office locations.
• Drive procurement processes for workplace goods and services, managing the full SAP lifecycle from purchase requisitions to vendor invoice processing.
• Administer operating budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost‑effective delivery of all facility services.
• Manage lease agreements, rent schedules, utility payments and financial tracking for real‑estate commitments.
• Coordinate office fit‑out and renovation projects, working with contractors and internal stakeholders from planning through execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Facility Management or Workplace Operations, preferably with a leading FM/real‑estate firm.
• Strong technical background in building services, maintenance management and vendor coordination.
• Hands‑on experience using SAP for purchase requisitions, orders, goods receipts and invoice processing.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, lease administration and rent processing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage office fit‑out projects and contractor site work independently.
