Social Media & IT Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage our social media presence while providing comprehensive IT technical support. The role combines digital marketing expertise with hands‑on hardware and software troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage organic and paid campaigns across all social media platforms.
• Create, publish, and optimise Meta Ads and other social media advertisements.
• Develop and maintain the company website, including regular backups.
• Execute Google Ads campaigns and implement SEO strategies.
• Provide IT support for Windows, macOS, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Recover and secure lost email communications.
• Utilise multiple design software applications for content creation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
• Proven experience in both digital marketing and IT support.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Hands‑on experience with design tools.
