Spa Manager – Department Leader

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the spa and wellness department of Grand Hyatt Kuwait City, ensuring operations align with the brand’s luxury standards and exceed guest expectations. This role combines hands‑on service delivery with strategic leadership to position the spa as a premier wellness destination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Develop and implement wellness programmes that attract discerning guests.
• Manage a team of therapists and support staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Foster long‑term guest relationships through personalized experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a 5‑star luxury spa.
• Strong leadership track record in luxury hospitality environments.
• Completed an accredited program in massage and beauty therapy.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience delivering massage and beauty treatments in a resort or hotel spa.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced settings.
