About the role
The Spa Manager will lead Noor Spa, a luxury wellness destination within Grand Hyatt Kuwait City, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and positioning the spa as a premier luxury offering.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on support and guidance to spa staff, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
- Oversee daily operations in line with Grand Hyatt’s brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Anticipate and fulfill discerning guest needs to build lasting relationships.
- Manage departmental performance, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Maintain and enhance the spa’s portfolio of rejuvenating therapies and treatments.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a manager in a 5‑star luxury spa.
- Strong leadership track record in luxury hospitality operations.
- Completed an accredited program in massage and beauty therapy.
- Preferably 2 years of hands‑on experience performing massage and beauty treatments in a resort or hotel spa.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and solve problems.
