Spa Receptionist - Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Four Seasons resort in Kuwait City is seeking a professional Spa Receptionist who is fluent in Arabic and English. You will be the first point of contact for guests using the spa, fitness centre and outdoor pool, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, assist and escort guests to spa, fitness and pool areas.
• Maintain and update the daily log, communicating relevant information to staff.
• Advise guests on spa treatments and recommend options via phone, email and in‑person.
• Keep the reception area neat, tidy and organized.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of treatments, products, procedures and equipment when selling services.
• Achieve upsell targets as defined by management.
• Operate computers, copiers, the spa reservations system and credit‑card machines.
• Handle daily accounting using trace files and cashier sheets.
• Verify that attendant staff are present and ready.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within a five‑star luxury hotel.
• Excellent reading, writing and speaking proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team, multitask and perform under pressure.
