Steward – Luxury Beach Resort

About the role

Join the Stewarding team at Jumeirah Messilah Beach, a five‑star luxury resort in Kuwait. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for all dishware, flatware and silver items throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, de‑lime and maintain the dishwashing machine, including water changes and chemical dosing.
• Load and unload dishware and flatware, store them correctly, and ensure a tidy work area.
• Handle, store and safely use cleaning chemicals and compounds.
• Set up, clean and operate the silver burnishing machine, polishing all hotel silver items on a daily and weekly schedule.
• Report any accidents or safety incidents immediately and respond to hotel emergency procedures.
• Perform additional tasks or projects assigned by hotel management.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as a steward in a five‑star hotel environment.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team and follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
