Store Keeper – Warehouse Operations in Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper to manage daily store operations at our Kuwait facility. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper storage of materials, and supporting the supply chain team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date stock records and generate inventory reports.
• Issue materials and products according to company requirements.
• Arrange and store items to prevent damage or wastage.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Keep the store area clean and well‑organized.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department and suppliers.
• Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation.
• Ensure all store activities follow established procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar warehouse role.
• Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stock efficiently.
• Age below 35 years.
