Storekeeper – Inventory Management Role

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Storekeeper to oversee inventory and stock control for our restaurant and café operations in Kuwait. The successful candidate will ensure that supplies are received, stored, and issued efficiently, supporting smooth daily service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods following FIFO and FEFO principles.
- Issue stock to kitchen and service areas as needed, updating inventory systems promptly.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, minimizing waste and stockouts.
- Collaborate with procurement and kitchen teams to forecast demand.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of storekeeping experience in a restaurant or café environment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
Required skills
- Inventory management
- FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) methodology
- FEFO (First‑Expired‑First‑Out) methodology
- Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
